Sri Avinash Chakranarayan, Chairman, with over four decades of rich expertise in machine manufacturing is a seasoned industrialist. Having crafted industrial components for leading companies throughout his career, he made a strategic pivot in 2014 to dedicate his focus entirely to food composting machines. His vision, entrepreneurial drive and unwavering commitment, inspire the 3R Urban Solutions team to deliver exceptional products and services to their customers.
Abhishek Chakranarayan, Managing Director, is a management graduate and the driving force behind the next-generation composting machines. His passion for R&D has fuelled
the company’s technological advancements, resulting in innovative machine upgrades. Abhishek’s strategic acumen has been instrumental in expanding the company’s product portfolio. He also oversees the sales and service teams.

A social entrepreneur with a sound background in accounting, Alka Abhishek Chakranarayan is also into promoting products with sustainable attributes and takes up multiple responsibilities in the company.
Ranjit Padmakumar
Executive Director – International Sales
Ranjit Padmakumar, a seasoned media professional with a management degree, heads the company’s international sales division. Passionate about environmental sustainability, Ranjit’s primary focus would be on expanding the company’s global foot print besides overseeing domestic sales in the key south Indian markets. He also manages the company’s PR and brand marketing responsibilities.
